Meredith Sesser represents plan sponsors, trustees and administrators of employee benefit plans, whether sponsored by for-profit employers, tax-exempt entities or religious organizations. She drafts plan documents as well as offers guidance on the following types of retirement plans:
- Defined benefit pension plans, Cash balance, and other “hybrid” plans
- Code section 401(k) plans, Safe Harbor 401(k), and SIMPLE 401(k)
- Profit sharing and Money purchase pension plans
- Code section 403(b) and Section 457 plans
- Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), including SEP-IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs and Roth-IRAs
